Lucy is a gifted artist who has worked in many media but whose first love is watercolor. She is also a talented and dedicated teacher and has passed on both her skills and her love of art to the children of Mena for many years as well as teaching an occasional class for adults.
For many years, Lucy held together Southwest Artists (the parent organization of Mena Art Gallery) almost single-handedly, and she is still a valued member of the Board of Directors.
Don't miss this opportunity to see examples of Lucy's work spanning almost the entire length of her long career in art. The show will be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from noon to 3 pm and Sundays from 1 to 4 pm. | |
